What’s on offer?
Recreation sessions are designed to cater for the novice competitor as well as those who do not wish to take part in competitions. The termly courses offer coaching in basic trampoline skills and progress the gymnast through the British Gymnastics Trampoline Proficiency Award Scheme.
At our club sessions we are looking for a longer-term commitment from these gymnasts. Highly qualified and experienced coaches are available at these sessions. In addition to the proficiency award scheme; regional and national competitions are available to all club bouncers from novice to elite level.
